1. Submit Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account without reinstalling the Vahan Manager mobile application, please fill out the official deletion request form below:

I understand that this action is permanent. Deleting my account will permanently wipe all my registered vehicles, PUC & Insurance reminders, accessory warranty logs, service receipts, and business profile settings.

2. How to Delete Your Account In-App

If you currently have the Vahan Manager app installed on your Android or iOS device, you can trigger instant account deletion directly inside the app:

Open the Vahan Manager application.
Navigate to the Settings tab from the bottom navigation bar or sidebar.
Scroll down to the Account & Security section.
Tap Delete Account and confirm your request in the verification prompt.

3. What Data Is Deleted?

When an account deletion request is processed, the following categories of data are permanently deleted from our primary databases:

4. Processing Timeline & Data Retention

Timeline: Account deletion requests submitted via web form are verified and executed within 7 to 14 business days. In-app deletion requests are processed immediately.

Retention Exceptions: Anonymized transaction logs or subscription payment receipts may be retained for up to 90 days solely as required by applicable tax, billing compliance, or auditing laws, after which they are permanently purged.
