1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vahan Manager application (available on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Web), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Vahan Manager provides document expiry tracking (PUC, Insurance, Permits, Registration), accessory warranty logs, service history recording, and reminder notification alerts for individual vehicle owners and commercial fleet operators.
3. User Accounts
You may register using Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Subscription Tiers & Usage Limits
Vahan Manager offers three tier levels:
- Free Plan: Allows tracking of up to 1 Vehicle with standard alert features.
- Standard Plan (₹365/Year): Allows tracking of up to 5 Vehicles with email notifications and service receipt storage.
- Premium Plan (₹999/Year): Allows tracking of Unlimited Vehicles, commercial business profiles, and priority support.
Attempts to add vehicles exceeding your active plan limit will require an upgrade.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that entered document renewal dates, insurance details, and vehicle registration numbers are accurate. Vahan Manager acts as an assistance tool and reminder aid, but users remain legally responsible for maintaining valid vehicle documentation on public roads.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vahan Manager is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% notification reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or guarantee against missed alerts due to local device power optimization, network outages, or third-party service failures.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vahan Manager and its developers shall not be liable for any traffic fines, penalties, vehicle impoundments, or indirect damages resulting from missed document renewals or reliance on the app.
